Maiden Maybe | Vintage 1960s Twiggy mod retro Mini wrap dress or Tunic

The story:
We had a heated debate about whether this was a tunic top or a dress. 

Perhaps for someone petite, it could be a really short dress. Our mom used to tell us how short they used to wear those skirts during the 60s! (And how high the white A-go-go boots were ;D) 

But it could totally work as a tunic top too! 

This is from the estate of a friend's mom and it comes in a cute (and rare) wrap style!
