High-waisted slightly baggy pants - we can just see this with a black cropped top and black ankle boots and a 80s MTV :D
Make it an outfit for today with well.... a black cropped top would do just fine, ... and maybe a loose white shirt worn unbuttoned, black felt hat and cut-out loafers.
Cuff can be unzipped too ;)
