Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is now by *courier service only.  
Please provide a contact number at checkout. 


All shipping/delivery & handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping is calculated by country and estimated volumetric weight of the final package. 

Our shipping days are Mondays and Wednesdays. (Though more frequently if we can). Orders received before 2359 on Sundays and Tuesdays may be sent by the above-mentioned delivery days. All other orders will be sent within 2 days (excluding day of order receipt). 

Local delivery within Singapore will take between 2-4 working days. 

International delivery usually takes between 8 - 16 days depending on the region and customs clearance. 

We ship our packages via a courier service for both local and international orders. A tracking number will be provided when we ship your items. Should you require additional insurance, please do let us know beforehand and we can advise or provide alternative shipping options. 

*Should you prefer the normal mail option, please do understand that the risk of lost packages/mail will be borne solely by you, the buyer. As we do not recommend this option, please contact us prior to ordering should you require this shipping method.   

Should you have any queries regarding which shipping option to select, or have mistakenly selected the wrong shipping options, please email us for clarification and rectification.  

Happy Laundry Day is not responsible for items once they have been shipped. Any issues with loss of items will have to be reported to the relevant transportation and postal authorities.
