SALE ! | Harlequin Dreams | Vintage 1970s diamond print rose peplum pleated secretary dress
The story:
A 70s sexy secretary dress true and through. Why? Because there is a slit at the back that runs high! We almost missed it ourselves! The dark purple and lavender harlequin print + little rose peplum and hem makes it a truly unique piece. Let us dig, but I think my mom had a photo of herself in this silhouette somewhere in our dusty photo albums.
Remember, prints are not hard to wear if you know what to do with it. Either wear it in all its blazing glory, or tame it with solid colors. This could do with a beige or brown, longish cardigan. Or a pullover which ends just above the peplum. A dark brown belt would work wonders too.
*Belt, hat, shoes and bag: Stylist's own.
Pinned?:
No. But it was belted to show the fit with one.
