The story:

An English rose. This vintage 1980s does 1940s tea dress makes us think of old British movies. Of quaint little tea gardens, white metal garden chairs, polite conversation and neat cloche hats. Neat little black shoes bely the dainty ankles peeping through the tablecloth. This comes in a subdued, darker cream color so it doesn't feel too overwhelming. We like it with a brown belt, but you can certainly dress it up with a lovely vintage brooch and some other sparkles.
