The story:

 The clear prints on this are quite attractive when you put it together with the delicious turquoise green. We love the simplicity of it. The lotus print. It kinda speaks of what it represents ;) 

In a lovely flared style. Closes in a hook & eye and snap button closure plus a ribbon-tie in the front.

Waist: 14in (Fixed waist, almost. Could probably be tightened by moving the buttons/with the ribbon-tie) 

Hips: Up to 30in or a couple of inches more. Flared fit so pretty forgiving ;)

Transparency:  Seems opaque but as with most vintage items, a slip will help to keep things decent ;)
Condition: Very good. Very slight stain at one corner of the waistband, not obvious as it faces inside and doesn't affect how it wears. Has a 5-inch overlap that doesn't close with a fastening, but you could easily sew it close or just add a snap button or 2.
