Watermelon Summer | Vintage 1980s does 1950s Green white Stripes Pockets dress

The story:

This just makes us want to eat watermelon whole day long ;) 

The stripes are so happy and cheery. 

And the POCKETS make it the absolute dress to have for a breezy summer day. 

Fits a variety of sizes as there are ties at the side to adjust sizing. 

Pinned?: No. But the side-ties were cinched to show it looks tied.

All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.

Shoulders: Up to 24in (No fixed shoulder seam so we measured from cuff to cuff though some of it should fall over the shoulder as sleeves we think. And The seams at the shoulders where they form a V down measure 11in side-to-side) 

Bust: Up to 21in (pit-to-pit) 

Waist: Up to 19in (Can be cinched even tighter with the side ties)

Top Length: 14in

Hips: Up to 26in

Total Length: 40in

Material: Not stated but most likely a cotton mix. Some good weight to it.

Transparency:  Seems opaque but as with most vintage garments, a slip will help to keep things decent ;)
