Vintage 60s 70s honey-tan leather tooled tote with Ornate carvings and turnlock closure bohemian hippie style
We remember distinctly searching for these sort of leather tooled bags on eBay in the late 90s, and even then they were expensive and difficult to get our hands on.
So you may understand our excitement when we found not 1 but 2 generous-sized tote bags.
They’re lightweight so the leather is not super thick and heavy, but they can still carry a considerable amount. We tried putting a book, water bottle, umbrella, book, wallet, phone charger and some miscellaneous items in there and they fit and carried well.
One of our favourite features about this is the turnlock closure, how cute!
All the whipstitches are still intact and there is a zippered compartment on the inside.
Carry a bit of history with you! (Can be carried on the shoulder, the drop of the handles is quite comfortable).
