SALE! | Works of Lace | Vintage 1980s Full lacework Dinner Jacket with cute pearlised buttons
The story:
This vintage 1980s formal dinner jacket in alls its lace glory comes from the estate of a friend's aunt and the connection makes it more real somehow.
To imagine her attending her children's wedding dinners in this makes us imagine the happy times this jacket may have seen.
Love the fine lace details especially at the cuffs and hem. Very much a boutique piece we think. Fully lined so you can totally wear it as a top on its own too.
The bows make it so 80s Hong Kong Cantonese movie ;) But if you remove the 2 bows, it could work perfectly with a bodycon dress and sexy heels. Add a hardshell clutch bag and you're vintage gold!
Pinned?:
No. But it was belted to show how it looks when worn with one.
