Tokyo Tizzy | Vintage 1960s novelty print homemade shift dress
The story:
We got this from an estate of an old friend's aunt. It is so lovely we wanted to just keep it and look at it every now and then.
But we feel we should share how awesome the novelty print is!
The fabric has the slightest sheen and the 1964 Tokyo print with all the characters made us smile :) Such fun!
Closes with a metal zip at the back.
Tiny blips: A couple of small faint brown spots in the front and one on the inside lining at the back of the armhole. Barely noticeable because of the busy prints but a good cleaner might be able to get it out. (Please see the last photo)

Origin: Singapore. This was where it was made. Fabric could have originated elsewhere!

Transparency: Seems opaque but as with more vintage garments, a slip will help to keep things decent ;)
