This is all too cute! And a very summer-friendly dress too, great for hot weather with her simple halter-neck top. 

Could easily be taken up shorter (with fabric to spare for another short skirt!) and if you don't like the halter silhouette, you could always just stitch the straps to the back to convert it into an easy strapped-tank dress!
