Getting all tied up with excitement at this lovely find. Multi-coloured rope prints aligned in horizontal and vertical stripes. White collar balances the outfit out with a pop of bright to brighten up the face and provide some contrast. Lovely accordion pleated skirt that flows ever so lightly as you walk. *wink.
