The story:

We rarely find a lovely 1950s silhouette and this we love for its ruched bust, halter design, full circle skirt and its attached crinoline.  

The  black and white polka dots are simple but it allows the structure of the dress to come through so strongly. 

Hair rolls, red lipstick and black heels anyone? 

OH and wait just a minute, did we mention the HUGE ribbon bow at the back? It is buttoned on one end and if you like, you could always unpick it and use it as a detachable option with a quick pin-and-go action!
