Red Hot Chilli Padi | Vintage 1990s grunge punk rock Red flocked floral tank dress
The story:
The 90s were cool for their heck-carish ways and mix of styles. Who says florals couldn't be kind of a rebel? It's all about how you would wear it!
We used to wear those black velvet thread chokers with a single charm which dangled from the front - very much Winona Ryder in Realty Bites.
And we imagine that would go great with this red dress, Doc Martens (oh yes, we remember those too - so pricey and out-of-reach for the regular high school student but so desired!), and those tiny knapsacks (usually Versace ones ;) which used to sit at the top of your tailbone.
Pinned?:Yes. Please refer to details below for exact measurements.

Transparency: Seems opaque, but as with most vintage garments, a slip will help to keep things decent ;)
