Pepper | Vintage 1980s 100% cotton Black and White Dalmatian polka dots dress

Once again, we have another monochromatic beauty (check out our other in an ethnic Aztec style). Huzzah!

We love the way the dark navy and white polka dots are differentiated throughout the skirt.

Very well constructed and has a lovely flared skirt too! Oh and it also comes with a matching fabric belt-tie.

Pinned?: No. But has a matching fabric belt-tie at the waist.
