Miami Heat | Vintage 1950s tropical jungle print Blue Tea dress with POCKETS and matching Sash
The story:
We love this 1950s day dress in all its tropical jungle printed glory! It comes with a matching fabric belt/tie and we figured if you don't want to wear it as a belt, you could always use it as a head-wrap! It is of medium width and is long enough to be doubled for width as desired.
And rarely do we find a dress in such an awesome print, in cotton (we think it's cotton! No clothing label so we suspect it may have been lovingly handmade) AND with 2 generously-sized pockets! It screams perfection to us!
There is a row of buttons down the back of the top half and the armholes have an additional triangular piece of fabric to hole the shape and that is just something we don't see anymore.
Tiniest blip - There is one tiny faint orange dot on the right bust but it blends in so well in the browns of the print you barely notice it. We almost missed it till we took it out to admire it for the nth time! (Please see last photo)
Pinned?: No.
