Scallops are always a great detail to have. Sometimes they are placed in the strangest placest, bringing attention to the wrong places. But here, the scallops are placed at the neckline, which emphasise the collarbone and neck. Wear it with your hair up to highlight the neck and collar bone, which is one of the sexist parts of the woman's body, we feel. Add the longer swingy skirt for a serious yet flirty feel.

Transparency: Top slightly tansclucent but because it is so dark and the stripes quite close together, it doesn't look as see through as lighter colored clothing does. Could wear as is or put on a inner slip if desired.
