This is women's version of camouflage. We swear ;) Except you wouldn't exactly blend into the concrete jungle. This 80s-does-40s wiggle dress is done in the wide-collar, jacket style of its time, with a calf-length slim cut which is meant to be worn with sexy pumps to give it that ooomph. We dare you. ;)
