The way this skirt flows is neat and yet wild at the same time. Does that even make sense? We think it does actually.

The waistband so flat and perfectly squared; the light chiffon so free and liberal; the dots so small and precise; the little jig at the hems when you walk, so flirty. Something so good can also be so naughty, right? ;)
