The story:
This is such a classic 60s 'Groovy Baby" drop-waist dress! Think East meets West or the Brady Bunch. ;)

In the cutest neon green, with a cute (and easily removable) faux short tie, and those neat pleats!

*There is a small horizontal run on one of the pleats but not really visible.
