It’s not vintage but modern vintage-inspired.
Brand new! Bought this for myself from Japan but never wore it! Just not my style ;) The print is so great though!
Balloon sleeves and tapered at the hem.

Shoulders: 11.5in (slight cut-in because it has puffy balloon sleeves!) Length: 32in
Sleeves: 14in
Armholes: 9in
Hips: Max 22in (It has a drape-y cut which goes bigger at the hips)
Hem: Please note the hem is slightly narrower than the hips so you do have to make sure you can get the hem over your hips! It measures approximately 18in.
Material: Not stated but likely Poly/cotton mix.
Tag: G-space. Made in Korea.
Lining: Lined.
