Shiny yet subtle polka dots on dark purples, turquoise and mustard yellow criss-cross stripes. Top it all of with 3 delicious buttons at the side and a soft turtleneck collar, this could be the epitome of the secretary blouse of the 1970s. 

All covered up but sexy as heck. Would be great with a body-skimming black pencil skirt and red pumps.
