Circle skirts give such great movement. This 1980s-does-1950s polka dot dress with its in-built bust-pads and ruched shoulder straps and its gorgeously big circle skirt does it all!
Would be great for a jitterbug dance party in the barn, with fairy lights, lanterns hanging from trees and the soft night breeze.
Comes with a matching THICK fabric band/belt too! You could tie it in a ribbon, use it in your hair like a head-wrap, or wrap it around in a Japanese Obi style.
