The story:
The color on this! Cobalt blue... such beauty. We love this for the gorgeous hem-embroidery and just how well-made it is.
We can imagine someone wearing this for a Dinner & Dance party in 1970s Tokyo.
The shine is just so delicate, and also the intricate cut-out lace hem-work. This is almost like the crop-top-billowy-skirt combi of today! The top is sewn together with the skirt, connected by a lining, but giving it enough space to swing.
Oh, and loving the spherical buttons too!
