Pretty fall colors come alive in this chiffon-y number! Filled with brown, olive freen and orange hues, they blend together like watercolor paint on a blank canvas. The neckline is highlighted in a V-shape for a lengthening effect. The light material floats in the wind, with a swingy, flirty skirt.
