We love the happiness this cutie conveys amidst its blues. Blues can be happy too! 

The touches of pinks and yellows exudes glimmers of joy that is pretty much like life. Always look for and look at the little moments .. of joy and with joy. 

*NB: There is a slight mend in the skirt section near the middle seam but with the way the the pleats fall, it blends in quite seamlessly (pun unintended ;).
