Hepburn Burn | Vintage 1980s-does-1950s Column Black Cocktail Evening Gown

Though this was probably made in the 1980s, we think it quite captures the mood and aura of the 1950s. 

A simple black gown that lets the wearer's own beauty shine without drawing too much attention. But not exactly plain and boring either. It has a peekaboo lace cut-out section at the waist. 

It is quite genius to combine a simple silhouette, waist cut-outs and a classy fabric.
