For days when you feel serious. Just a tad.
This simple 80s sleeveless dress is great for the office with a bright jacket or cardi thrown on, or for the weekend with a chambray boxy loose jacket, and some laced oxfords.
Pinned?: No. But it was belted to show how it looks when worn with one.
