The story:
A muted mint dress with its polka dots and textured stripes, this 1950s/60s pencil skirt silhouette dress has us loving it for all its details.
The buttons are little matching shiny things and the POCKETS had us at get go! ;)
Pinned?: No. But it was belted to show how it looks when worn with one.
