The story:
We have a pair of culottes in similar print in the shop.
But this is a skirt and we love how they are both so summery 80s, with a bit of sauciest. ;)
Big broad knife pleats on this!

Transparency: Seems opaque, but as with most vintage garments, a slip will always help keep things decent ;)
Condition: Very good. Slight wear on hook & eye but easily replaceable.
