It's a pity hardly anyone wears a good billowy blouse nowadays, but they are such great versatile pieces which go great with the right skirt. Pencil skirts give the loose silhouette a glamorous twist and those with a little flirty bias cut are great too. 

The lace cut-out front panel on this is beautiful and we love the formal yet unrestrictive collar. And the hems have a slight scallop shape and are embroidered to reinforce the shape. Absolutely divine details.
