Minty fresh vintage 1970s 1980s polka-dotted day dress with pockets. 

WOuldn't she be perfect with a start hat and brown sandals? ;)

Bust: Up to 19in

Shoulders:  Up to 25in (no shoulder seams so we measured from cuff to cuff) 
Waist: Up to 16in. (Elastic waist which is no longer very stretchy thus almost a fixed waist with maybe an inch or so more give. No belt loops.)

Hips: Up to 22in

Top Length: 16.5in

Total Length: 44in  

Armhole/Cuff: 9in

Material: 50% Polyester 50% rayon mix.
Origin: USA.           
Tag: Peri Petites  
Lining: Unlined.
Transparency: Seems opaque, but as with most vintage garments, a slip will always help keep things decent ;)
