The story:

We love us a good vintage skirt. And even though some may seem like they come in one plain colour, there is always something hidden and exciting in vintage ;)

The big "Surprise!" in this cornflower blue pleated skirt is the gorgeous lace cutouts at the hem!

And the embroidery continue up from the hem, as if they are floating up from a cloud ;) 

Closes with a zip and hook/eye at the side.

Material: Can't really decipher the Japanese but like a Poly/cotton/rayon mix. 

Tag: Haaren.

Origin:  Japan.
Lining:  Lined.
Transparency:  Seems opaque but as with most vintage garments, a slip will help to keep things decent ;)
