Happy and fun does this red, green, yellow and blue polka dotted Smocked bust 1970s hippie sundress! 

Long enough for days when you know the wind will blow particularly well and when you need to be able to juggle about 5 different things with just 2 hands and simply do not have time to handle having to care about how your dress acts ;)
