Like tiny flecks of glitter bursting out from the confetti canon and falling onto happy, expectant faces, these pink, white and cerulean blue dots fell onto a solid, cobalt blue dress and they stuck. Reminders of a happy moment caught in time.
This cheerful dress comes sleeveless for humid dress and in a flowy chiffon that mimics the fluidity of water.
