This is a really cool way to wear neon. Black with pops of floral colors and swirls all over!

Loving the bustline on this and the flattering scoop-neck too. 

Would work great toned-down for the office with a mustard cardigan, or just as it is with brown hurricane sandals and a little vintage cross-body bag for the weekend!
