The story:
Polka dots are our achilles heel and we love this for all her colourful polka dots! Such happy colours we feel like it would be great for a crafter out there! These dots remind us of creating confetti dots with paper punches and tissue.

Comes with a great neutral base so the dots really stand out!

Shoulders: Up to 21.5in. No shoulder seams so we measured from cuff to cuff. We feel it should hang a little over the shoulders.

Waist: 10 - 17in. Elastic waist with 2 belt loops at the sides.

Material: Not stated but likely a Polyester mix.

Lining: Top unlined. Bottom lined.
Transparency: Seems opaque but as with most vintage garments, a slip will help to keep things decent ;)
Condition: Very good. Lining has 1 brown spot but not noticeable on the outside and definitely doesn't detract from how it wears.
