She sells Seashells | Vintage 1960s 1970s Handmade in Singapore blue Crochet Knit Top with Scalloped Hems

The story:

Crochet is often a fabulous way to go "Back to the future" ;) (a really retro film!) and this light blue scalloped hem & cuffs top is hand-knitted in Singapore! 

We believe the lady from whom this beauty came from knitted this herself because there are some endings sprinkled here and there  It's from a friend's aunt and she has some mad tailoring and crafting skills! Her home was filled with fabrics and lovely pieces she sewed and made. 

This crochet piece has a lovely scalloped neckline and some really cute seashell knit (sorry, we are not quite sure what the exact crochet jargon for this is!). 

Pair these with high waisted shorts or a simple skirt. Truly versatile!
