Karen | Vintage 1960s 1970s Orange chevron knee-length A-line skirt

The story:

If this is not a classic 1960s/70s skirt, we don't know what is.

The chevron stripes, the textured fabric, the mix of oranges/browns, the easy A-line silhouette.

Once again easily paired with neutral tops, perhaps even a navy blue or dark green one. The past certainly made fashion easily accessible to all!

Pinned?: No.

Measurements:
All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.
Please DOUBLE the measurements provided to get the approximate circumference measurements.
Alternatively, you can take a piece of your own clothing, lay it flat, measure it and make a comparison.

Approx. Size: M - L

Waist: 14.5in (Fixed waist. No belt loops.)

Hips: 22in (fabric is stretchy so will have a little more give.)

Total Length: 28in

Material: Not stated but seems like a synthetic mix.

Origin: Finland.
Tag: None. Says size 44 (vintage sizing must have been tiny! We think it's more a modern UK 8)

Lining:  Lined.

Transparency: Seems opaque, but as with most vintage garments, appropriate inner wear will help to keep things decent ;)
Condition: Very good. Some fuzz but can be easily snipped off.
