This fun circle swing skirt in graduated polka dots (and some are dots with a line through so there's really lots of variety in black/white) is perfect with heels or flats; sling bag or backpack; crop top or crisp white shirt tucked in. It could go so many many ways!

Waist: 13.5 - 17.5in (Elastic waist)

Total Length: 25.5in  

Hips: Up to 25.5in (in the lining. Lining has  slit so it kinda fits down about 8in from the waist and then has lots of room for you to move your knees about and basically dance [or even do a split!] if you like!) 

Material: Not stated but likely a poly mix.

Transparency:  Seems opaque, but as with most vintage garments, a slip will help to keep things decent ;)
Condition: Good. Has a small hole near the hem but isn't really noticeable as the lining underneath is black. Priced accordingly.
