The story:
This may have been converted from a full-length vintage embroidered mexican maxi dress. It is quite a smart move, we think. You could have created a top/skirt set which goes together, and possibly wear as separates with other options too. Many looks for the price of one!
The cobalt-blue color of the skirt, with the vibrant embroidery makes this a real gem.
